Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (excluding P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses).

International Shipping

  • At this time, DrKakita.com does not offer international shipping. (Optional: If you plan to add this later, we can update the policy accordingly.)

Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at grant@drkakita.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. DrKakita.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at grant@drkakita.com so we can make it right.
